Across the whole organisation, there are many teams who benefit from using Outfit. The efficiency and scale of the platform mean both cost saving and decreased speed to market for marketers, communications teams, digital and brand experts, sales teams and franchisees. The superior brand consistency through the platform also means your customers benefit from your use of Outfit.
Outfit is designed for both in-house and outsourced teams to take advantage of the ease of creation and reduced production time through the platform. It builds upon your already strong brand guidelines and makes it easy for teams to comply with them.
Outfit doesn’t replace the need for a creative team or agency to design your artwork, this is still an essential step in your campaign process. What Outfit does replace is the need for your agency or creative team to spend countless hours versioning every piece of collateral needed for a campaign, so they can spend more time doing what they do best - being creative!
Most of our clients have sought us out in response to a few key scenarios, including:
- during a rebrand
- when expanding into new locations and markets
- following a review of their marketing technology stack
- as a response to a new budget position
- as part of an aggressive growth strategy
- in response to regulatory requirements.
Once Outfit is implemented, you should use Outfit every time you need content or marketing collateral produced. Some of our clients can produce entire campaigns in 10 minutes!
Outfit has a team of expert designers and templaters to do these for you. You also can use your internal web design team or agency to create them - they are just html after all!
Yes, Outfit can export print ready pdfs CMYK. All materials rendered remain accessible from Outfit. Instead of sending a huge file to a printer or marketing head you can simply send a link.
Yes, while editing a document in Outfit, you have the option to request a review from someone else in your account. This saves your current changes and sends an email the reviewer. The reviewer can review your changes in platform and send any essential feedback. After the reviewer is happy with the content they can give you the green light to export.
No. Outfit doesn’t invade the 'zen' of your current workflows, it’s a fit-for-purpose tool that services any workflow. It has no process integration like MRM, instead, by design, it fits all content workflows.
Absolutely. You are able to assign your teams several levels of access within Outfit:
Guest users create, edit, render and export projects and materials.
Content authors create, edit, render, export and remove projects and materials.
Designers can create, edit, render, export and remove projects and materials, as well as templates.
Admins can create, edit, render, export and remove projects and materials, as well as templates. They can also create teams, add/remove people, as well as change access levels.
Outfit reports on internal usage of templates and materials, as well as who is rendering what and when - great for getting a quick snapshot on internal brand and marketing decisions. Outfit also measures the views on your rendered digital assets, if you leave them hosted on the Outfit Amazon CDN storage system (highly responsive, rapid delivery asset network).
No. The Outfit platform ensures brand consistency by digitising your brand guidelines. This way authors and marketers can produce on-brand marketing materials without design skills nor having to wait on designers to produce or edit the materials for them. Canva is suitable for highly flexible, highly subjective designs.
The brand rigour behind Outfit means it is a robust solution for enterprises that have spent years or decades building their brands and understand the negative impact of distributing and publishing off brand marketing materials.
Once Outfit has digitised your brand guidelines, we create unbreakable templates. From these templates, your authors and marketers can produce and render an abundance of marketing collateral, with the assurance that these will all be on-brand.
Another exclusive feature of Outfit is the multi-edit function which allows you to open and edit multiple pieces of marketing material at once. This gives you the ability to quickly respond to campaign changes and marketing opportunities as they arise.
