In huge news for our category, customers and businesses everywhere, we are excited to announce that we have been acquired by Smartsheet. This acquisition makes us part of the Smartsheet family that includes Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform Brandfolder. The Smartsheet mission is to empower everyone, everywhere to change the way the world works. Brandfolder’s catch cry is ‘Strong Brands Live Here.’

Smartsheet is a modern collaborative work management platform that was founded in 2005 and went public on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in 2018. Smartsheet has over 3,200 employees and offices in six countries (US, England, Scotland, Germany, Costa Rica, and Australia). Smartsheet’s APJ region is HQed in Sydney and has roughly 110 employees.
In 2020, Smartsheet acquired Brandfolder, the leading Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool to combine and support dynamic workflow management related to content and collaboration.
